In harem, some lesbian action is normal.

True, that's fair.
But this was my main point, that just because the women get to play with each other in a MFFF scene, doesn't necessarily mean that they're bi or in a relationship with each other that they betray the MC. Or even the concept of this game being a harem game for that matter. Now reaching the introduction of the two lab assistants in-game, and knowing their backstory, it's up to you if you feel that it's such a break from the harem VN genre that you'd have to unfollow it. That's also fair.
HAREM is synonymous with Male-Polygamy which when it comes to polyamory, it is not.
When it comes to harems, girls are only devoted to one man and only have sex with one man
and no one else, male or female.
Girls could have a harem as well, and it is called a reverse harem, also
can be known as polygyny.
For a harem to be a form of male polygamy, don't mean they have to be wives, either.
Back in the day, even servants or concubines were added to a harem to a polygamous man.
When we do today's harems, it's mostly consisting of just lovers who are only in a relationship
with one man.
Polyamory consist of everyone involved, most likely with each other, which is not a harem.
When it comes to the site definition of what a harem is as well, It doesn't really grasp what a harem
really is either. It's more meanings to what a harem is.
But I am not trying to go off-topic, we were discussing the game, not a bunch of meanings because
it's going to be a bunch of no this, and no that, which I don't want to get into today.
Which in general, this is going to be my last reply in this thread because I said all I had to say.
No point in sticking around, so I'm going to see myself out for good now.
If it's something I don't like or don't match up to what I like, no point in sticking around and
typing away in the thread, just going to move on to another game.

The definitions I posted are from Webster's Dictionary. Site definitions of those words are somewhat different but still not the same as what you claim. Bend the definition how you like - it's still incorrect.
I can't speak for everyone, but for me it's not about the meaning of harem, any sort of betrayal or anything like that, but about expectations and outcome. What I mean is, when I read in the overview "...a dozen beautiful older women all dedicated to their new Young Master" I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to see some kind of power fantasy type of game, right? And obviously a big part of it is that all those women are focused on pleasuring the MC, since as we also read in the overview "Each willing to put her body on the line to make sure his every need no matter how wicked, is met by capable hands... mouths... and much, much more." Well, we already have two of them who didn't get that memo...
If it said "some of them are dedicated to their new Young Master" and "some willing to... ...much, much more." I don't think anyone would be surprised when the lesbian couple showed up.
Anyway, I think we've reached the "beating a dead horse" threshold, so I'll stop here.
how its being used matters otherwise you could make the case the gay tag is used wrong as well

I enjoy the game mostly: nice renders, interesting overall premise, varied character personalities and body types. I can't say I'm a fan of the porn girl speech while I'm in the middle of trying to read text. Sound effects aren't easy to use, and stuff like this breaks immersion for me and conflicts with how I imagined the voice already. At least I can turn the volume for these sound bites all the way down, separately from the music volume. It is an issue to have these split between the Sound and the Voice sliders, though. That means I will never hear anything but the music . . . or I "get" to hear the cheesy and unattractive fake-sexy voices. [sigh] It's fortunate that I enjoy the other aspects of the game.
