You have to remember that only few in-game days ago, the MC was a virgin nerd scared of women. Give him time. If you follow the story, the ultimate goal of all the women working for him, is to make him the true Alpha Male, because they know he is a total insecure guy.

I believe it was said on his discord that the public release is in 13 days or so; I doubt it makes it here much earlier before then since getting access looks pricey on his Patreon.

I mean, the entire game practically they do talk about how huge it is compared to normal people. So it's not like this should be surprising exactly.
