I believe it was said on his discord that the public release is in 13 days or so; I doubt it makes it here much earlier before then since getting access looks pricey on his Patreon.

I'd second to this, Maximus14, even if it's relatively early on now, did you perhaps had future plans for a Steam release of the game some time in the future, maybe when the development will be completed?

quick question since there were changes made to earlier parts of the game do i need to start new game?
Only if you want to see them. The code didn't changed, so the saves work normally.
Game stopped after Kendras strip and you are on the selection sceen again but you cant select any of the other women
