I did my thing again. I only kept one version per scene, interpolated everything so all the videos have 60FPS now, reencoded them (AV1 or x265, 1080p) and normalized and renamed them all.
This results in 8 video files of just about 46 MiB.

I personally don't mind loops but why in the hell would you put a 9-15 second animation and just loop it so the video ends up being 1-2 minutes of the exact same pose. The audio for the animation is CLEARLY looped for that duration too. It's such a waste of space. Unfortunately I took the time to trim the applicable animations so that a 40Mb video isn't 200Mb for no reason.

Since I took the time to do this I figured I would upload it for those that don't wanted excessive length loops.
Disclaimer: This is amateur work, I'm sure I could have improved it in someway, but it seems okay to me
