Hi, there is no full walkthrough yet. I will make it but sometime later, because I’d like to give puzzle fans a chance to enjoy solving things without spoilers. When I make a full walkthrough I'll post it here as well.
can't puzzle fans just not look? you could call me a puzzle fan but that of walkthroughs whether it's Siberia, or mystery case files. the only downside is it's so hard to find written walkthroughs since 2014. anyway let me know
Usually, if a walkthrough is available, most people will check it since it’s easier. If you get stuck in the game, let me know and I’ll help you out.
If you didn't take out the guards, use a coin on the door. If you did, pick a rope from the sport box in the gym and combine it with dildo. You'll get a grappling dildo 
Honestly a great game overall with some unique artwork! I'm looking forward to seeing more in the future.
The MC transforms into other girls, so they don't look like her. But as Taurenhunter said, it's always the MC.

no, hospital is at the beginning. it should switch to the next scene automatically. did it not?
