Go to virustotal.com and upload the files that look sus. More than 60 AV will check it. If there is only a few noname AV finds heur.something then usually it's false alarm.

In 99% of cases, viruses found during download are false alarms.
Just ignore it and scan after extracting.

This felt like a DaVinci-tier MS masterpiece, I haven't found anything that comes remotely close to how intense and serious the relationship is and how realistic it plays out, the moral struggle, and the focus on MS. Honestly if the developer updated I would definitely sub.
