The "game" at the moment is made up of 3 scenes.
Moving in, unsatisfying sex scene to set up the cuckolding later and an exposition scene with 2 more characters.
There's no choices yet, though I can't say if the creators plan to add them or not since the "game" is clearly railroaded in one direction.
The visuals are nothing to write home about. Nothing especially ugly, but you'll likely click on this game for the NTR tag, not the character sprites.
The story is uninspired. Like the others of its kind you have the guy and the girl with their unsatisfying sex life so the creator doesn't have to think hard and justify the cheating and cuckolding.
It also doesn't help, that the english it's written in is pretty broken. Now I wasn't born in those few countries where english is the first language either, but a bit more put effort into learning it is never wasted.
I also don't know how much the game is supported financially, but given how this is version 0.2 and this thread was created in the November of 2019, even if you are interested, I wouldn't risk putting any money into it. It's likely another abandoned game in progress.
