This was a pretty good concept and the gameplay we got was nice, really liked the cyberpunk asthetic but I hope werever this dev is going through it gets better and he can find some balance. I hope the dev comes back at some point to finish it or do a "remake" of this project now with more experience.

Going to settings and hitting "apply" completely fucks up the game and becomes unplayable. Game wont open next time till u delete the saved folder from %appdata% to fix this

No point in bug-reports rn, but may be someone here khow the workaround. There is sequence breaker in chapter two, when bar customer invites you to bathroom - it leads to stuck T-pose(fixed by save-load) and strange color display shift - picture looks like, may be, overexposed photo, and this thing i couldn't fix. Anyone?

So, in case anyone here needs this: a simple CE-Table for 0.4.5.0 (compatible with 0.4.3.0.)

The values for clothing can be frozen, which should not cause any problems.
You should unfreeze any value if you change back to the main menu.
Units and Corruption values have no effect on the game at the moment.

The zip file contains only the CE table.

It's a shame that the game was abandoned. It had potential, at least. I hope they manage to resume development in the future.

That's definitely not normal. You might want to try removing UserSetting.sav and check gamma values from settings
\AppData\Local\ModernLuxury\Saved\SaveGames

Other comments:
I understand that every single person have preferences, even I do. I'm unable to satisfy everyone all the time. I'm trying to improve all the time and I have no reason trying to make things worse. It might seem like so if you're not part of my Discord or Patreon where I explain some of the changes and reasons behind them.

I somehow couldn't find any similar games on this site... and on many others sites too. Not a single one. There are quite a bunch of games, but they are not even close to this one here. It's just odd to me
