I believe this is just a very annoying thing Godot games sometimes get flagged.
I tried finding a solution, but besides paying Microsoft to certify the game, it seems it sometimes gets false flagged.

It should not affect it.
However, the new content (vampire path) is not voiced.
It will be voiced in the next update!!

To unlock the new vampire path, first you need to complete 2 paths, reset and then you should get an event where you unlock the store.
Then go to your room, and buy the "Bat plushie"
Go to Mia and gift it.
Special should begin

Fantastic update, well done.
Noticed a typo in the BE section, "E-Cup" is actually DDD, there is no such thing as E-cup evidently.
The Pet path leaves me hopeful for a possible cow girl section following the BE path.

I've seen "E-cup" plenty of times! A lot of people just go down the alphabet, one letter per inch difference. Adding "D"s is also common, though.
