I'm going to do a deep dive on this topic at some point, but there are certain visual markers that indicate a "milf" character to the viewer. Think about them as "tropes" of the genre. We take one look at a character and based on seeing some of these markers, we can immediately associate the character with an older woman.
One of the main indicators is hair style. In general, long hair tends to indicate youth. It's why you'll see "sisters" always have the same 3 longer hairstyles. For an older character, in general, shorter "bob" styles tend to be used. In your post, I actually like 1 the best but 3 is better for a trendier, older former model. Example 2 immediately de-ages her a good 10 years, so I'd avoid it unless you load the model with other "tropes".
Tanning is another thing. The older the model, the paler they tend to be. Tanned skin tends to represent youth and vigor. Obviously, there are exceptions, but it's something I noticed. If I was doing a game with a mom and daughter, I would make the mom paler than the daughter and probably give the daughter a slight tan.
The model looks good the only thing I would say is that she looks mid-30s at the oldest. I would drop the breasts a little bit (maybe play with the heavyness slider) and add slight wrinkles around the eyes, nose and mouth. I don't think you need to add stretchmarks or go crazy with it.
What skin is that by the way, you have some pretty good vein action going on.

I also like the 1 more, but for the reason that you said I think I can use the 3. I fix the wrinkles and if I succeed in time I "re-propose" the image.

I forgot, I opened the veins with Skin Builder 8. I think it makes the sendo a bit more realistic.

I've been messing around with skin builder lately but I can't get skin coloring to look good. It usually looks too dark or a weird light grey color.
Adding visual veins is a good trope for older women. As you age, your skin becomes thinner and your veins become more visual. Another thing that I know skin builder does is stuff like moles. You don't have to go crazy with it but a few moles here and there also indicate age.

I gotta agree with Bruno here, my favorite is 2, because (for me at least) its simply more glamour. I, for one, am not at all a fan of so-called "realism"... Mommy porn for me does not mean saggy-boobs-veiny-body porn, or even what's called "MILF" porn on pornhub, i.e. porn with middle-aged porn actresses now paying for their years of cocaine and booze partying, with sillicon implants falling down to belly level, and sun-burned, dried-up skin.

In part I like it too, I like the games in chiu then bribing a person so much that it makes it easy. but in this case I think to use the 3, because in the game or at least initially she is a good housewife. I also think to add the classic corrupt aunt, and maybe the possibility of inserting scenes with wigs and heavy makeup.
