It's an attractive model, though the facial expression makes me think her psychiatric hold just expired.
This looks like an older version of Jill from BADiK. Perhaps with a few bad years along the way.

So, I'm not too big a fan of this skin effect.
This is the blotchiness effect in Skin Builder 8 at default setting. I think the key is to set it to a strength of around 20.
Probably should have upped the mouth wrinkles and maybe made the nipples a bit darker.
