You can cheat yourself infinite stamina via cheat engine: Scan for unknown initial value, use 1 bar of stamina, scan for value decrease, as the stamina bar refreshes, scan for value increase, and when the bar is full, scan for 1 more increase and then unchanged value, repeat until you have only 9 values left, set the values into the list and turn them active, this will freeze your stamina at its max, allowing you to play the game the intended way within 5 minutes of setup.

PS: seems like increasing strength is decreasing stamina consumption, as opposed to increasing the stamina as the game claims, but via cheat engine, it's gonna sit at its max value all the time anyways.

Just do a double search when the energy bar is full for value 100, followed by range searches by estimating the bars fullness, ergo 50% = 50, do a search for 40-60 and so on, should get it in like 4 scans. I'd also warmly recommend using the speed hack to alleviate travel time.

Because the game doesnt use percentages nor smooth values for its stamina, at least with the results I came up with.

Not very good with CE but did manage to find these 3 values using Hjort 's method

Just clicked the freeze check on all 3 values and now the energy won't deplete
