Can anyone give a review if this is any good? This is a game where the mom is the protagonist right?
I'm guessing there must be lots of cheating.. she does look hot though except the weird lips in some images, kinda similar model to Amelie from Heart Problems.

Yes, the mom is the protagonist. Its a great slow-burn corruption game, and by slow burn I mean you will have to play it for like 4-5 hours before seeing her actually naked.
Most of the negative reviews are about the lack of full sex content after 8 years of development, slow updates, and the author just milking his subs.
Some images might look slightly weird because after said 8 years of development time the models have been updated, and retouched. At he current pace it probably wont be finished in the next 5+ years, if at all.
I haven't played it in a year or 2. I'm more entertained by the drama in the thread for the game than the actual game at this point.

One of my favorite tropes in erotic lit is a situation where the male MC has a "wing woman" who becomes the harem mom. While this is often the MC's wife, who then includes her own daughters, nieces, neighbors, friends, sisters, etc., its also sometimes the MC's mom, and that kind of thing would be really great in an adult game, but is something I've yet to really see.
You have a situation where the adult MC (early to mid 20s) and his mom (45-50) are in a normal relationship until some twist of fate is the catalyst that leads to them becoming sexual together. They fuck one another's brains out for a while, she teaches him to be a better lover, and then decides that her son needs to bed as many other women as possible, and give her a bunch of grandkids, so she starts the process of lining them up. Maybe even starting with his sisters.

To me that's a whole lot hotter than she and the MC always sneaking around hiding it from everyone else. Often including his sisters in these games. And then when the MC needs to learn a new sexual skill or level up, she helps him out, leading to a long string of increasingly hot sex between the two of them as the game goes on.

Played it yesterday. Noticeable effort went into the surprisingly kinky routes several scenes take. I highly recommend it.
I agree, especially if she's in a harem. I always find it odd that if mom and other LI's are in the harem but act like they have to sneak around or keep it a secret that they're banging the MC (it defeats the whole concept of the harem).
Absolutely. It makes no sense, and its just so much hotter if once you unlock the women to a certain degree, if the MC can just walk around nude in front of them, and have sex with one or more of them in the same room. Its the payoff of getting to that point in the game, or should be. Its silly if you're at the end of the story and he's still being shy and sheepish around all of these women he's fucking.

Agreed - and there's just a more electric dynamic when they all know they are his, that they share a lover and are in a select category. Really gets things moving.
Depth's revival is probably the best example of this dynamic in a VN and it has M/S w/impregnation
