It's surprising that the game goes to wholesome direction, instead of NTR/forced(for most part),it reminds me of that vice video that shows medically assisted sex,yes that is a thing that some people do, to help disable people to have seggs,it's quite controversial and blurs the line between therapy and sex work.I personally believe that sex should't be a taboo and moreover people should have acess to it,finding comfort or affection for that matter, as a disable person is very difficult,and if both parties give consent and they are not minors,I think that's fine.
So it's quite wholesome, to see the protagonist getting exposed to more male pacients, in order to heal from her trauma,and in return she helps them to overcome their issues.Thus learning that sex is more about about pleasure,it's also about trusting others and caring for them,an aspect that few games focus on.
HOWEVER,only having seggs it's not gonna make your problems go away,sure it MIGHT help in the process to get better, but you need to actually go see a therapist and care for your mental health, in order to have some major changes.Moreover, the ending screws up this message,in which it's ok to understand why her father did what he did,but that's doesn't excuse his crimes,much less forgive him what he did.
I know that is a porn game,made by japanese people,but honestly,I think the ending is pretty fucked up, even for these standarts. I pray for the day that we see a actual therapist in a japanese setting,whether be anime,games or anything for that matter.

The thing is... Therapist is kinda shunned in japan, because when the populace sees you in a therapy session, you are deemed sick and then outcasted... Which leads to isolation and depression. Japan right now is mentally fucked up so bad. Open-mindedness is almost nonexistent, just minority of the populace, but thank goodness the numbers are increasing.
So this is what they do at the "surgical" department... Which section of the hospital was this again? Need direction for reference only.
Good simple game, short and easy with decent scene albeit the story is nonsense

2) I'm aware that Japs are people of color, but you're telling me that Jap devs constantly portraying a black men as a bad guys is not racist? I have SEVERAL other examples on f95 to show you.

Those aren't actual "black men"... they're just tanned japanese people (most of the time). It's a cultural relic from when nobles stay inside and peasants worked under the sun. Dark skinned people are simply caught in the crossfire.
