Not sure I'm gonna play this one but I'd bet it is. Sometimes the translator bundles all of the translation files into the exe and depending on how they do it it'll trigger false positive warnings. I'm guessing that's what's happening here.

Scanned it with several security programs like Malwarebytes, ESET ect. seems to just be a false positive with windows defender. Just allow it through defender and it will let ya download it
