How do you get libido to 40 for Route 3? Or is that something that occurs AFTER the deadline scene?

If you follow the walkthrough you won't be able to get route 3. When you poop you will either lose all remaining energy or refill your energy. Day 3 night you are suppose to watch porn. You should have 100 energy. You can either just watch porn twice (getting 10 Libido per) or you can watch once, go to the bathroom, save, use the toilet, refill energy to full (or lose energy and load your save), then go watch porn again, rinse and repeat to your heart's content.

How do you not know when you are on this very forum for over 2 years?

It is inside folder of the game, inside folder named www that contains folder save.
If zip file comes with folder named save then just drag or copy and paste it to www folder.
If it only contains files that can be found in save file, then drag or copy and paste inside save folder that is inside www folder.
