Hopefully they are OK but the modder has not been active here for over a month, no posts, no reactions. I would just play it without first, who knows, may not even be your cup of tea anyway.

If you use an old mod version on the latest version of the game, you will revert that version to the version of the mod. So you have turned your 2.5 into version 2.0 by using this mod, and won't have the new content, due to it replacing the scripts. Most of the time, unless otherwise stated, we need to wait for an updated mod for this type of content.

The issue when playing in Russian is fixed just download the Hot-Fix
