Subscribestar and Patreon always get the latest updates quicker than Steam because they have monthly Subscribers. Devs also have to wait a while for the latest updates to be approved on steam.

weird...makes sense, but still weird....esp since one of the games i play gets an update like every 3 days on Steam, while updates here for the same game are like every 3-4 months....

dude, game is still being worked on, so WHY would the beginning changing somehow NOT require a new save??? makes perfect sense to me that with new VERY drastic updates it would require a NEW save file...."No previous save file will work anymore after this update!"

you are in the right (it will be more or less end of next month )
the reason is that on steam there are so many players and if a bug comes out on patreon i make a pach and fix it it stays in “family” on steam i try to release more definitive things, how do other devs do ?
