What's your build? An INT build can cheese the fight by spamming AOE arousal magic and tanking her damage. STR can use Pain attacks randomly until you spot the real one (She should be weak to pain), then just (literally) stun lock her with restraint attacks, items, and stun-attacks.

Huh... that's weird. I haven't done her content in a while but that should do it. Maybe try going through dialogue again? It might be something like what happened when I tried romancing Kotone, where you're just barely away from the goal because you picked a dialogue option that gave one point instead of two. That's just a guess, though.

I had the same issue for a while with Jora, eventually I just checked out all the dialogue options and there was something new (damned if I can remember it, something about dragons), and we were off and running.

I'm at the point where it's radiant trade caravans harassed and I've beaten her several times and talked to her, become her friend, looked at her horde napped with her, but she still isn't okay with having sex.

I think after the caravans harassed there should be another interact, just keep checking her.
If it didn't appear I'm afraid you lack of 'points' with Jora which kinda sad

I didn't need to, I won that fight with 12 Conscio Powders (while being Kotone's Hypno Slave, I was a bit subleveled IMO), buying 20 beforehand and buying also 20 Soothing Potions (I used like 18 of them, I didn't use Cleanse Lust because I didn't have the burger perk by that time). It's a matter of patience and a little bit of luck... Though you can always force the latter with saving/reloading before each dice roll, but again, I didn't need to. Always keep in mind each one of them is vulnerable to the body part the other specializes: Mizuko is vulnerable to Breasts and Himika to Ass, and make sure you get away from any undesired stances they put you in via Distract or Teleport. Plus, you should always use a Conscio Powder when you have 1 of trance, don't let yourself fall into deep trance for many attacks in a row or you'll never get out of deep trance. It's like the counter keeps going down to negative numbers.
Another tip, when the remaining Oni powers herself up for one turn, restrain her if you can. She'll lose the power-up while struggling to get out, and it's an useful skill to get in and out of stances.
By the time I fought them, I had 20 in all attributes but technique, in which I had 29. Not sure which level it was, but I started the game in hard mode, and I remember having 4 spirit in that fight.

IMO it can also help a little to take down Mizuko first, since that means the ass fetish points she gives you in the first half of the fight won't be working against you in the second. If you take Himika down first, then Mizuko will keep using ass moves on you and those fetish points will really hurt you.

Yeah, I forgot I do that all the time. It's like an instinct: I see Mizuko's moves are already more dangerous than Himika's when both are in the battle, so I need to take Mizuko down first.

I've seen that both Mizuko and Himika are weak to charm too, so I tried to do that before getting my damage in after taking 1 down. The only problem I ran into with that strategy is I was only able to really apply 1 charm after saving and reloading some 31 times...
Is there any special scene after you beat them both? That is the biggest reason I'm even doing this xD I want a threesome with my favorite onis.

Yes, you can fuck the both of them at the same time if you win against both of them at the same time.

And you get an important item, it's worth fighting both of them at the same time. Story-wise.

Mass seduction dont work as you expect. When one of the oni 'dies', after the finishing 'blow' other instantly refreshes to full health. So it will work only as 'who "die" first?', and than you should switch on smoldering seduction or something like that.
