Luckily they're weak to Seduction attacks... spam them with those and they fold. But I DO miss the mod that allowed you to climb into the box with them and give them some seggsy times....

the only way to make "level drain" work in a way that doesn't break the game is to create a negative level status that decreases your stats and is removed when you gain XP (it takes the XP that would go to leveling up) (and it has its own scaling as in each negative level takes a fixed amount to remove that isnt dependant on your current level) ( or have negative XP and then when the amount of negative XP is higher than the amount of xp you needed for your last level up you get a debuf to stats and it goes from there)

at least that's how I usually implement level drain mechanics

Yes. Fetishes and Sensitivities gained from Perks cannot be removed.

Aside from typical boss stuff like making sure to use weaknesses and status cure items (remembering also they're an optional boss so are tougher than you'd expect for where in the game they are) there are a couple of things I can think of for this fight in particular. First what version of Kotone's perk you have makes a big difference, the "slave" version makes fights like this a lot harder than the "lover" version. Also it can make a difference which order you defeat the sisters in; take out Mizuko first and all that ass fetish she has been giving you doesn't apply to defeating Himika, who'll start giving you breast fetish instead. If you take out Himika first and you then have to beat Mizuko, she'll keep taking advantage of your already high ass fetish and piling even more on.

In addition to the post by Master of Puppets, you can lock Mizuko in kiss stance and slowly finish her off before fighting Himika.

After their defeat and if you progress with Kotone, you can ask her to remove a certain perk of hers but doing so also removes its benefits and positives.

Make sure you visit the church regularly and pay off your sensitivities... I used to keep my Ass and Monstrous fetishes high (because they are realistic... I mean, that's absolutely me), but hey made some fights much harder than they needed to be. Keep your fetishes low and that should help.

Also, if you're low level and/or only have one or two spirit, that's a problem, but one easily overcome with XPs and items (rt now I think the max spirit you can have is in the twenties).

Advancing the relationship is what lets you convert the "slave" perk into the "lover" one. I don't know what happens if you ask her to remove it completely, I've never tried that.

Challenge save, on easy but with all points put into spirit in character creation. You start with like ten hp.

Hey there. Is the skip button fixed or is it planned to be fixed if it is not yet?. I remember that developer already said that fixing it would be really difficult. I am just curious if it already was reconsidered.

How much Spirit do you have? At that level you might lose one or two but you can beat the girls (iirc... it's been a long time since I was in double-digit levels).

Buy Fairy Dust from Amber (and possibly the Fairy Circle Ring accessory as well) against paralysis, and have a plan to deal with the lizzies. They're fairly sensitive to Pain and Seduction moves, so if you can deal that kind of damage, you should be able to deal with them pretty swiftly.

If you mean the "Skip read text" feature, I'm afraid not. MGD has modified Ren'Py's standard functionalities to the point that features such as this one no longer work.

They're fairly sensitive to Pain and Seduction moves, so if you can deal that kind of damage, you should be able to deal with them pretty swiftly.

Spamming mass seduction is also a good strategy.
