Here is the latest one I have. File size too large so I had to slpit it across 3 zips. Just empty all three into 1 folder labeled Tied and Tamed. Its version 0.2. Yo may also need to add an empty Locations folder to it as well. It should look like this

If you're using joiplay, I'm assuming that you're trying to play on a phone (an android). There's an android specific version of the game for you to download and install that will work without joiplay on the patreon page. Mods work on this version as well (you just need an app to organize where the mod folders sit).
Here's what works for me to install Mods on android (per the wiki):
"Navigate to Android/data/monstergirldreams.program/files/, and create the set of folders game/Mods/ "
The wiki also talks about creating an Images folder but I think that instruction is out-of-date and not necessary any more. The folder/file structure in the mod should not need to be touched.
Of course, apparently this is all for naught if you're sitting on a newer version of android that prevents file access.
For joiplay, if you do a search on the thread for "joiplay mods" you'll get a few results where people solved the problem.

I can confirm that as per v27, it works on my end (see below).
Is it not working for you? If so, that may be due to a mod you're using, and which might somehow be getting in the way of the scene triggering.

So this is a dumb idea, but for poor android plebs who can't add mods, how difficult or uhh....I guess unethical? Would it be to take some of the mods people make and add them into the game, just have a thing on starting a new game asking if you'd want them to be activated? Only issue I can see is that since the game makes bank from Paetron, and your grafting them into the game even as optional things, those mod makers aren't getting any money for it I guess.

If you're talking about the developer doing this, it's much more trouble than it's worth since the mods would become sections of the game that can have any number of problems that the developer would either:
- Ignore, leaving parts of the game broken.
- Try to fix, derailing development trying to fix someone else's code that wasn't even officially part of the game.
- Remove from the game, making the process of adding it in the first place a giant waste of time.
Then, of course, there's the ethical problems that you brought up. The developers make money through the Patreon. The work you see with the original game is effectively work bankrolled by Patreon money. If the developers add mods to the pool, those mods are now providing content to a "product" they're selling without actually having any of the money go to the people who did the work.
While most mod developers understand that they'll likely never be paid for the work they put into their mod, at a minimum the mod developers would like people to recognize the effort that went into their work as *their* effort. Not someone else's.

Honestly? Mostly all of them (that work for your current version, on Android). I'd recommend a lot those that add more actual new H-content, such as Beach Party, Diminuendo, Mari the Butterfly, Gorgon's Garden, Pale Priestess, Mao the Omnibus and Suckubus, but really you'll want to get all the mods (not that many in total; at the very most, if you try to run all the mods currently halfway-working with the newest version, I managed a total of 67), they only mildly increase the loading time of the game either way so it should be reasonable to have most of them without much issues.
