Regardless of their "public statements" on the matter, the reason Mastercard and Visa started this whole thing was because they themselves were getting sued and were told that they couldn't be excluded from the case by a federal judge.

Really good game. I actually liked the RPG elements and how the "combat" mechanics work out. The game teased with a few encounters (I have Imp fights in mind) that looked like battlefuck from Karryn's Prison and made me want more of that.
