One of the reasons I purchase from the DLsite is because you can get updates faster from there. If there are any updates to this game, where will you post those updates (if not on here, that is)?

It´s just a shame that this page DLsite is not in every country to be open up. Like some countries having a geoblocking and no access to it.
This may be true for Japanese games since that is usually their first/only point of publishing.
But for us, If anything the non DLsite versions were always updated faster because we didn't have to go through and censor all the new art each time.
All the updates are posted immediately to itch/steam. There isn't any difference at all in how fast any of these platforms are updated.
Yeah they're under a lot of pressure to censor these days so unfortunately it has become a difficult place for publishers and not really worth the time since a lot of payment processors were also pulled out.

Does that mean I have to repurchase the game to be able to get the updates. I'm not willing to purchase a game a second time after the first purchase. It's why I refuse to pay for DLC on any games I've already purchased once before. I don't care for extra cash grabs by corporations, or even independent creators. I've dealt with that in the past and won't do it again.

By all means You can get the itch/steam version if you send a message and provide proof of purchase on Dlsite.
