Do note and make a back up of a save file before you use the mod and enter part 3 loc
LoC definitely isnt some extra content, i think it's story relevant to some degree, the warning you get when you first enter it is proof enough
I'm already so impatient. It's been 7 years now and I'm also waiting for Part 3. I don't care if it's in Japanese or not, I just want to play it.

Hey, it could be much worse; some people are still holding out for Half-Life 3.
And best of all, it isn't complete radio silence from ToroToro Resistance.
Afterwards, ToroToro also lacks communication. Because in the end, Part 2 was finished it was launching on other projects like the Collaboration for Paradox, Time Loop and making a few magazines in addition to working on other eroge projects related to the collaboration.

You'd forget about it after 3 years, the game is NOT that good
I dont think anyone believes HL 3 will actually come out
valve isnt capable of finishing projects
