I am not a Guru of the Cheat Engine. Hell, I cannot search up anything or even learn how to lock a value. Is there like a guide?

Mtool is pretty easy to use compared to most cheat engine (in my opinion)
You can look at the last part of this post how to use mtool and where to find the most useful part of the tool.

The most up to date version of my 3.04 should have a mtool folder inside to launch mtool pre loaded with the translation so you just need to wait 3-4mns after launching the game for mtool to link himself and load the translation and when your starting screen flicker off/on you can load your save and then use mtool to cheat thing like item or xp.
Mtool is pretty instable and heavy so if you are using an old pc or phone I think it's better to use the basic cheat engine and you can find guide on this on internet

My apologies, but I was wondering what version currently has the most complete translation?
I downloaded the v3.01 version from the main page on this forum and was hoping to find one with more of the content in parts 1 and 2 translated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are on 3.04 with some pretty good mtl.
This post give you a link for the most up to date version with the mtl corrected by some human hand.

You just need to delete the save or the content of the patch folder if you don't want some mod and just click the game exe and you can play the content of part 3 in a "ok" english.

Is there a way to translate the recollection menu? or is it hidden somewhere here and I just didnt see it...

What version of the game are you using ? Where did you find this version ?
My latest version of the game that I link pretty much every day (including the post above this one) should have the scene recollection in english.

if you are asking the question you probably tried every touch of your keyboard before (I hope) so your save is probably corrupted (if pressing "space" don't work). Maybe try to grab another save if you don't want to restart from the beginning.

Is there any tool or mechanic in the game to see if you've recruited all the monsters in the area, or to at least see the names of the potential spawns for an area? Part 3 doesn't have much info on the wiki, I don't want to miss them, but it's annoying to cycle through the same encounters only to find you have them all

First, don't park over mountains/water/obstacle terrain where she cannot land

Then, press the Interact (Z/Enter) key to get off of her

It’s the light of the goddess item. Should be obtained in the angel route but if you are in the chaos route then it’s bought in Monte Carlo.

You invade the monster realm in Ilias Route. Wait until next run.

can be found in monte Carlo in a tent in chaos route

I just downloaded the most recent version. I unlocked the gallery using the switch near the bed that I remember but the entire recollection menu is still untranslated in this version.

Does anyone happen to know the answer to this, please? Even a way so it's only non-recruited random encounters appear?

Well I reuploaded a new version more up to date of 3.04 with bob translation, my save, my mod folder, the bug with the starting screen version corrected, and mtool ready to launch if you want to cheat.
You can use the game.exe if you just want to play with bob translation but you can also launch the game with mtool if you want some cheat.

edit 2 : I also added the data with the cheese on the gofile if you want to try to use the cheese but make copy of your game and save folder before puting the data inside your game because lot of people reported that the translation break with this data cheese
