You need to load the decrypted databases into it first then it gives the option.

Huh Items.rvdata2 loads just fine. Armors & Weapons seems to be having problems.
Items data is loaded! 2337 items

After loading a database you have to also load a save.

(Value * 2) + 1

Save Edit some Items. Since Items.rvdata2 works I would go with
24-31, 36-47 - Nuts & Seeds; Have Luka eat those like pez candy and you'll be godlike in no time

If you got money then buy decent equipment and healing supplies.
