Try deleting the JobRaceMenuPlus.rb file inside the patch folder and try again. I think they merged this mod inside the game/translation so the mod is no longer needed and make the game crash.

Hi everyone! So i have a few questions is Part 3 fully translated(like all it's part story,cg,mini games...etc)? The traslation Is it MTL, or is it the fan translation from arzor ?
Also, I played Part 1 and still have my saves from that game (with the fan translation). Are Part 1 saves compatible with the new version? Do the old translations cause any problems?

Yes. With mtl, the quality depend of the source or tool. A team of translator is working to translate the new content after they merged the content from part 1-2. You can play right now the part 3 in full mtl translation or wait 1 year to get the "human" translation.
The saves should be ok from old version to new version (not the other way around).
My advice should be to find a link to a version 2.41 (that the last version before we got part 3, with some collab scenario that are pretty cool for some) of the game so you can play part1-2 in full human english and when you hit the end you can switch your save folder on part 3.
