I'm at the point right before entering the Demon Lords Castle in Part 3, the only things left on the bulletin board is the reaper challenge and panty collector. I'm not missing anything time limited/unavailable after entering am I?

I have a question why I can't see the OG anymore or the slime girl is greyed out even though I actually unlocked it for my 100% save game can someone help me

Can you not just use mtool to edit your stats? It even has a UI to make it easier. RPG maker is such a joke engine to hack. You even have an instant-win button on Mtool so you can just immediately win any fight you want, so you don't even need a good team.

If you're not going to bother playing the game then who cares about the specifics, just use mtool and modify xp gains to some absurd number and max out everyone's stats or just hit the win button on tough fights.

I don't have access to a PC. I'm playing the game using Joiplay. Also, the Android version of Mtool doesn't seem to support the game yet.

The Recruiting System is Pain in the a**

I spend literally 6 hours till now for Recruiting the Black Alice Troop

Now lets talk about the System.... How can 100 percent Recruiting fail? Or does the Followers named above have different stats. I will post some Screens to show you my Stats and what i did to recieve them.
I mean, fighting is good for the stats but it takes too long. All My chars are above lvl 100 now. The Jobs and Races i could choose are on top now xDDDD
But it makes no fun at all.

May I ask you how did you translate the game / which translator you used?
