I'm kinda lost here.

I played this game when it was translated up to part two and it was pretty much fully working until close to the end of part two (About a year ago (?)). Now I wanted to start from the beginning again but now some combat dialogues seem to be untranslated unlike last time...

¿Is this part of the transition of translation to part 3 or do i have to patch the game somehow?

Public Utility: I didn't see anything being commented on, so just to inform here, there is a mod that will remove the censorship of some CGs, Not All, and as far as I know, some were made by AI, but they were reviewed, and as far as I've seen , I didn't find any very bad. the mod can be found in the Mods Tab of the Monster Girls quest Paradox

i Recommend Download REV IA first (IF you want the uncensored ones by IA, if dont, just skip), then replace with 211Ruders and Tibluedream Uncensors in the folder

Some exemples: Morrigan is from 211Rudens Uncensor, Brunhild is From Tibluedream Uncensor, Quetzalcoatl and sara are from Rev IA Uncensor

If I remember correctly it open 3 more job that give you the ability to use beast ability

It's part of the transition because these dialogue are plenty and low priority for the general gameplay.

It's complete? I do have a question.
As someone who played the OG game, what benefit is there in playing this remake? If the only difference is just gameplay-focused due to being an RPGM game, then I'd rather not deal with it.

Like... does this introduce new characters? new art? new good stuff?

Game is complete, but part 3 is not translated yet and author would add more stuff post-game so I guess technically it's not yet complete.

I know this is probebly asked a billion times but would anyone please be able to point me in the direction of MTool, as well as a guide for how to set it up? Simply googling it constantly takes me to some Tool Shop Page that I assume is not what our MTool is.

Same here... this bug exists almost a year already (if not longer) and I have only guesses why.
It's something to do with secret lever or with one of the scenes in library since when you're playing normally everything works fine until snow continent.
Also once you get this bug in one save it corrupts every save if I remember correctly.
