I mean arzor is not an english translation for part 3. It's a port of the englis translation of part 1 and 2 inside part 3 so you can play the beginning of the story in english. Did you really want that ? Then just pick version 2.41 and play it because at least you have english for sex scene and combat dialogues

mtool version is sugoi translator mostly, bob mtl is from discord and uses chatgpt 4.0o, it feels better and more stable.

it's seems pretty good from what I see. Lot of names and things seems not translated but at least conversations with pnj seems in english. I don't know how much of the 3 routes he already did but it's seems ok.

from paradox3.02\MTOOL folder\loaders\kmyHook.exe

Apparently, it's mostly a false positive but just to know if it happens to other people

With both Bitdefender and TotalAv (Aka the best antivirus), they didn't found any virus on Mtool so you're safe
EDIT : and yes this already happened to people using windows defender

thx for the reassurance. I guess as I downloaded the file directly from the main site and only patched from the tool, if the file was a trojan someone else could have found it.

If you're playing on windows + using Mtool that's probably because you are skipping text, i was having the same issue before doing that
EDIT : i meant since i've stopped skipping text, my game is not crashing anymore

Is it normal for this version to lack a battle transition? i.e. there's no swirly effect when a battle starts, just a black screen, then the battle itself.

As someone who played the OG game, what benefit is there in playing this remake? If the only difference is just gameplay-focused due to being an RPGM game, then I'd rather not deal with it.

You're genuinely dealing with an entirely different game, if you described the central plot to a fan prior to its release they genuinely might not believe its the same franchise. It's also obviously its cannonical continuation.
Yeah, it has nwe characters, so many that the relevance of the old ones could not be more insignificant, along with a grander than life angsty story.
If you liked the trilogy, you'll like this too, we can't tell you whether it'll be good or not for you.

If you dont care about cheats then bobs, but it has cheese (cheats) built in too, but theyre more cumbersome than mtools ones.
Mtool will lag, crash and look like shit though.
