is there a guiude for the tool ? how to use it i never modded the part 1 and 2 before

There is one for sure in this topic, but i dont know where. Also is not really hard to use, but you need to preload the game the first time (10-15 mins).

You can look at this post how to launch the game with mtool

then look at this. You need to find the name of the item (like the Captain Shield) in the list, click on the line and change the amount of the item to 1 for exemple.
If you click on the boxe at the left you can lock the number of item so you can spam the seed to increase the xp or stats of your team. Be careful to not abuse this spam or the game could crash (so save between long spam session)
I dont think op post updated, grab the game from user yoloswagking, there's 2 mtl patch, bobmtl and mtool. Bobmtl for fast loading speed and mtool slow when loading but have cheat build in
can someone please share %100 save for all parts? There was a memory room where everything was. Can please someone share?
guys i opened the Mtool but how do you add the party member ? you need only type the correct name ?

I reached San Ilia (Angel World) and found Titania there asking for help with something, she dragged me to fairy's island but there's nothing in there, I opened all chests, found some empty old shrine and a bug coccoon, but nothing is happening. How do you get through with that?
The last ruination event in final Tartarus, go into there after amira said ready. If amira say there's something to do maybe you still not doing granberia magical girl quest. It's in the ruined village near gold port, go to one of the house and sleep on there

That is intended, I think you can just keep playing and eventually will get notified about where they are going next.
The last catastrophic event is within the Central Tartarus, so if that's what you're referring to then you're basically done.

Turns out I was missing the administrators tower, that kicked off Ilias power up quest so after this i hopefully will be done.

If you want the scene recollection you can go on the first village inside the inn, go to the last room inside the bed, look at the bottom and click.

It's very important to look at what fredsin13 said because it's a hidden quest that is needed for the true ending.
Also have you done all fairy Island shrine quest with the weapons ans armor ? I guess yes if Amira sais nothing more.
