if by 4th form you mean the chaos version of alice, she is not recruitable at this point. You need to wait for the 4th route. Or have a pic of the form you are talking ?

you can look at arzor team translation on their blog for what they are doing.

At this point what is "fully human translated" for part 3 is very little and don't expect a full translation until 1-2 year probably.
If you want to play in a ok english translation then the bob translation is really good from the beginning to the end.
So you can come back in 1 year and ask, or just do like most people, play the mtl translation and do something else with your life.

Is this already patched with MTL or I have to manually patch it? Please answer because I can't patch it on Android.

is there a walkthrough of chaos route or anything? amira is telling me i have things to do but neither know how to unlock the yamatai upgrade of the items nor can find

Hi, I've read the last few pages and I'm still a bit confused, because I'm kinda dumb:

There's a 8.4 gb download; that's all I need to play the game, translated?

Do I have to download a translation besides that file? If so, is the same one in the OP or is the MGQPRPG_3.zip file has it already?
