nothing should break if you upgrade. Don't downgrade a new save with version 3.04 inside a 3.02

So if there's something that can be missed i'de be happy to know, though i've been paying attention, also if there's a few spoiler free things missable from the ilias route feel free to add those, I just don't want to feel like I did all that for nothing, gotta fill the pokedex!

this is something pretty good with part 3 is that most of the content you could miss on the 2 first route can be found on the 3rd route (chaos route). The problem is that chaos route is more like a zelda where you can fly and go anywhere you want and they did something where monster from part 1-2 are on the same spot as new monster (because they have "chaos" stat) so finding new content on the chaos route can be a hard experience.
The only thing you can miss is some item but you can add them later with cheat like mtool and some monster are harder to find because the mix thing.
You can look at these recap of location for the monsters if you really dont want to miss them.

Happy that you find your way, but Arzor is not really a mtl. It's a port of the content of part 1-2 inside part 3 so I guess you can't play the new sex scene with only arzor.
You can try grabbing one of my links with the mtl from a guy named bobserious on the discord that is really easy to use.

the one named "MGQ3.04 bob MTL version.rar" is already fully patched so just click on the .exe and play the game in english. (english as IA mtl corrected by human hand)

Is this any different from the base bobmtl? The corrected by human hand part makes me unsure since I don't know if the bobmtl is just a raw mtl or not, though it definitely doesn't feel corrected by hand with how some of the dialogue is lol.

the latest '3.04bob MTL - cheese.rar' seem to not be fully bob translated, parts of the game remained japanese compared to the 'MGQ3.04 bob MTL version.rar'. Wanted to play in cheese mode.

Don't look at the version number on the starting screen. It's bugged because nobody care at this point to edit the patch.rb inside the patch folder (you can do with a notepad editor if you really care)

edit : add my save folder and patch folder if you want them
save 16 is before the big choice and the start of the monster/angel route.

What part of the game is in jap for you in these version ? If you want to play in cheese mod you can go grab a raw version and patch it with a bob mtl cheese mod that you can find on the discord (or the one I uploaded on the gofile) if you want to do the work. Or grab a version 3.02 witch I'm sure is using the cheese.

No it's the same version that I picked from bob on the discord. It's the most human corrected we have. If you found error you can go on the discord and report them.

EDIT: Nevermind was something else that was causing the issue, in this case it was setting the enemy hp to 1% with rulers ruler (yes I was tired of taking down enemy bosses with over 100 billion health)

what support ? Try grabing the 3.02, do the fight then transfert to 3.04 if you are trully stuck. Or try with the mtool version is nothing is working

You can still lower the boss’ hp. 10% always works and you can use the enemy up reduction per turn too.

I have a question. You receive the forbidden hero job in the third route, but since I did the angel and the monster routes in different saves, I don't have the hero of darkness job. Do I need to do the monster routes all over again?

Try going to monte carlo (the town est of Sabassa who look like a slum) and look for a tent where a vendor is selling missable item from the other 2 routes and see if you find what you need. Or add the item that unlock the job with a save editor like mtool.

Yes you can do that or try to find a version 2.41 of the game to play part 1-2 in human english and at the end of the content, transfert your save folder inside a folder with part 3. Because the version 3.04 is using a merge of the content from part 1-2 that is still no perfect so you are missing some english content (vert litle in my opinion) from the beginning of the game.

This game as a system where you need to speak to the monster during fight in order to increase your affinity with them so you can recruit them. For what I remember these dialogue are still not merged (I can be wrong about this). But you can use a mod that let you skip this mechanic that slow down the game a lot so you don't have problem with this and you can directly play with onebof these part 3 folder.
