Yoloswagking Hello again. I have reached part 3 but it seems very difficult. i honestly feel weak as hell and even easy enemies with the chaos buff needs billions of damage to destroy and i simply dont have that output. Do you have any recommendations on how i can get stronger and make things a bit more smooth. Here is what i currently use. Whatever gear recommendatins, jobs, monsters or skills to use is all welcome. Also it feels so hard now that even though i play on the easiest difficulty i still get smacked easily.

Why is your Luka a lvl 10 lowly Angel?
You do know that High Angel, Valkyrie and Valkyrie Lord are available for him since part 2 right? My lvl 70 Luka has those maxed out.How does your main character have so low stats?
Mine had 3 stats (including hp) with 6 digits already at the start of the 3rd route. There must be some abilities you have missed.
The start of the 3rd route is quite hard, some trouble is normal. Using 2-3 weapons seems quite usefull to me as the bosses have quite much health. Normal enemies shouldn't be a problem with sorceries with bonus damage or giga slash cross.
Does anyone by chance have a save from the start of the 3rd route? I pulled an absolute dumbass and deleted my save

I'm quite confused with all these versions. The 1st post is apparently version 3.01, but there's also a version 3.02 and 3.04. I checked Arzor-X's blog and he said he's "merged" his translation into 3.04... so should I get version 3.04 then apply his translation? I'm still playing the original MGQ but just trying to get Paradox ready to go for when I finish. I'd like to use the best human translation possible, and also have the option to use mods/cheats so I can use QOL mods and avoid grinding.
did you not upgrade luka's sword also at the start of chaos route i was super archfiend race later change to commander of the angel race

I got like 3 virus warning and they are called "inject.exe" and it is classified as a "RiskWare"

Yeah mtool as not the best track record with anti-virus. 3 people I trust with this confirmed to me that's a false positive. You can always only use bob mtl version if you don't want to take any chance but for me I trusted these people.

Well the long story is that the only "human" translation that is ok with the first page come from arzor and his team. But this translation is, at this point in time, only a merge for the translation of part 1-2 inside part 3. So no english translation of part 3. (but the first page is clearly lagging in terms of the version of the game)
If you want english translation you need to use machine translation with translater like mtool.
Early on mtool was the best source for translation because someone posted a file with a pre translated story for part 3 so you didn't have to use a lenghty process to play the game. I personally played part 3 from start to finish with mtool translation. The translation was pretty "meh" with a lot of gender error, interface error, name error. But it was playable.
Later we all got interested by the work of someone named bob serious who worked on some mtl translation and corrected the content manualy to have a more accurate and clean version of the game. His work comes from a discord where a bigger community is playing/talking about the game. I encourage you to go there if you want advices and answers (or to thx bob and the helper for their work).
Recently, Bob gave us the most up to date version of his work for part 3.04 that is the most recent version of the game.
This version is the most user friendly because mtool need a special process where the translation is loaded and the data of the entire game is loaded inside mtool every time you launch the game so every time you need to wait 3-4 mns on the starting screen waiting for this process before playing.
Bob mtl doesn't have this process and can launch in 10s by just clicking on the .exe file.
At the end of the day it's a choice between a "meh" translation with mtool but with the most powerfull cheat engine I have seen on the market that can edit the game in real time and give you access to a lot of data and cheat or a "cleaner" human translation that is more stable and friendly to use.

the bob mtl is named : MGQ3.04 bob MTL version.rar
the mtool version is named : MGQParadox3.04 with mtool(+save+mod.).rar
(don't look at the version of the top left side of the starting screen, it's a visual bug, the version of these link are 3.04)
I encourage you to play with the bob translation for most of the content and only use mtool if you really want to cheat in order to multiply xp or add item in your inventory.
Since 3.02 the dev has given us an option to cheat the monster stat to make them so low that you can one shot most of the content of the game (with an item called rulers rules that you can access in your castle if you put the game in the easy difficulty), so cheating is becoming less important.

Like the other people said. In this version of the game if you have difficulty with the game it's because you want difficulty.
If you put the game in very easy mode and go inside your castle, you can find a what rabbit in the lobby that gave you a key item called ruler's rules that let you edit the stat of the monster that you encounter so they can have 1 hp/def/atk/agi. (don't put their hp at 1, the game crash most of the time if you use this)
With this even a low effort team can roll on the content even in chaos mode.
But I also agree with the other people that you clearly doesn't really understand the process of changing your job/race on the church. As you are starting the chaos route the job/race change can be locked until you clear some content inside the church, but the 3 companions that they give you at the start of chaos route are enough to clean all the content with the tips I gave you with the ruler's. So maybe look at these option so you can have a easier experience.
Yes, HP values get hyperinflated in the third route. I suggest farming jobs/races on Mimic Island. Starting from the Sealed tier they give a Proof Ability at max level that improves the max ability points so you can stack more and more modifiers.
One particularly useful trick available to human characters is to combine MP Substitution (from the Sealed homunculus) and combine it with Victory Roar (from Hero of Chaos) to bypass the limited number of SP and alpha strike everything everytime.
Also look for the Perfect Arms job that gives you damage bonus and half cost for chained abilities.
As for weapons, instead of going multiweapons I suggest you get a strong one and then get Single Weapon Pride / Finest Edge to double the bonuses.
