Can I just take my save folder from my Part 2 folder and put it in the Part 3 folder to continue with the monsterpedia/affection/etc I had in part 2? I got a version of Part 3 with a completed save, and I'd rather finish the recollection stuff myself as much as I can.

I'm pretty sure the recollection and journal unlock are stocked inside the data of the game, not the save. So you need a fresh instal (like from the seller website) of the game and do the patching with some translation from mtool or somewhere else if you want to do everything by yourself with the recollection. Or find a way inside the data of the game to cancel this, but good luck wiht that.

for what ? If you want all the sex scene you can unlock them at the beginning of the game with an easy manipulation or just pick one version of the game there https://f95zone.to/posts/16516742/
the unlock should be done and you can access it on the starting screen.
If you want it for something else than the scene I have no working "full save" for this version myself. Maybe try the discord.

Question about part 3 routes, is which route i take in Part 3 decided by which companion I selected at the start of the game? or can I mix and match say enter Angel World Route with Alice or if I have Alice am I forced into Monster Wworld route??

Everyone get together before the big choice and you have the option to go on the route you like. Be advised that some companions may leave you at this time. After the end of the route you can get back before this big decision and pick the other side. After you have done this with the 2 routes you can go on the 3rd and enter chaos route.

You should be inside the domain of the faction you joined. You should talk to everybody to get the lore of the route, then you can use a harpy feather to go on the tartatus that is linked to this route. If you don't ask Amira inside your castle.

At the Big Decision, you can choose between the routes even if you start with the opposite girl; for example, if you were playing with Alice but choose AW, Alice (and her exclusive characters) will leave and you'll get Ilias (and her exclusive characters) at a default level.

You still need to complete both routes to do the 3rd (and final) route, though. When you start 3rd route, you'll get everyone you've recruited permanently (some will take a while, though) from all previous routes.

The question I have is: Are Alice ->angel world / Ilias ->monster world routes any different? Are they worth playing?

Theres BOB MTL that its full translated, the most stable version is 3.05, you don't lose much content from 3.05 to 3.06.

Since Uchihafabio corrected the mod that crashed the game when you spoke with some Npc, the 3.06 hosted by uchihafabio or me on my gofile are better because some bug are corrected. The big one being the one on the last dungeon locking you from finishing it without mtool no clip.

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly because the Ilias => angel world route doesn't exist. When you choose to help Ilias you go explore the monster world and the reverse for Alice. So there is only 2 route and they have their difference and similarity but they are the only 2.
You can find every monster you may have missed during the other 2 route and the race and job item during chaos route, so you don't need to redo a route because you missed something like the living weapon big monster you can find in the first tartatus.

Sry, I've messed up.
What I've meant is choosing Ilias at the beginning as companion -> siding with Angels and choosing Alice -> siding with monsters.
Is it any different from "ntr" routes where you betray your chosen companion?

Which is bad, because there's this little voice in the back of my head demanding I collect all milk items and panties
