She's still invulnerable when she has all equipment removed. During combat, she has the status "sub-100 damage nul:4". But the status does not go away in 4 turns.

Yes there's a item and ability that do this, No Encounter from GodFather Job and Demon Ward Bracelet.

since there is a bug on mithra sealed castle alice route, there is a fix.

Anyone know how to semi-unlock the monster library? I don't know if I'm leaving monsters behind in my goal to collect all monsters. (I'm on the Chaos route btw)

you can pick this spread sheet with the name and location of the new monsters of part 3.

Thanks but my current game build is so fucked due to me not completely understanding all these file conversions and patchers that I basically need a fresh clean slate.
And instead of going through all this none-sense, I would just like a straight direct file of the latest patch because, if I download the files, that is fine but if I then do the 3.0.6 patch, does that also include everything that all the other patches have?
It's just such a cluster fuck.

If you follow the step from this post you should have a fresh instal of the most up to date version of the game with all the content from the other patches before.
If you don't want to work with patching the last minor update of the translation just pick the game folder linked and play. The game is going to be in english.

Master as many jobs as possible so you get proofs that costs 0 AP to equip, that way your damage gets boosted a lot.
Yes, it's normal part of game. Angel race tree has innate ability that nullifies damage lower than certain amount once they have less than 20% of HP. Since there is no limit on activations of that ability, as long as angel in question has less than 20% HP, it just constantly reactivates at the end of each turn. Don't worry, it's not cheating, it's just that your current enemies are so weak they do less than 100 dmg to her, soon enough they'll become strong enough and that ability will be useless
