I'm stuck again....doing Ilias Route can't defeat Dark Goddess Alipheese. It angers me that every other monster around, even those in the palace (Asmodeus, Jormugand, etc), are a piece of cake for my team but still cannot defeat her.
Only Black Alice before gave me so much problems.

Hi, during Chaos where can I get element core ? Need just one for Gnome Axe. Also how can I refine the weapons with high element core ?

Try using Conditions/Race Killer/Stigmata/Corruption abilities to defeat her.
You got sword haste?

Yes got it. In the meantime I finally passed Dark Goddess Alipheese...only to discover that Chaos Alipheese is even worse. LOL.

Main problem is those nasty multiple attacks. Aren't there a way to protect my team or at least minimize damage?

I'm in Goddard on the chaos route and still need to BF Mari-chan, but she isn't in her house. There's just Meru. Is there something I need to do to find her?

There are barrier effects which protect you from one or two attacks per character, but besides that it's mostly a matter of using skills and buffs.

White mage job promotions and angels tend to get spells which raise the whole party's defense and resistance. Combine that with barriers and damage mitigating abilities and that's most of your defensive power budget.

I figured it out, there was a sidequest in Lima with Mari. I'm not exactly sure of the sidequest's requirements, it just appeared while I was clearing the other ones.
