I assume the shared affinity is just to help the player. Though in the case of the Apoptosis and maybe a few other enemies, you could say they do have a hive mind.
Without spoiling anything some quick notes/answers to what you were wondering:
1) Monsters sharing affinity is strictly gameplay. I think it's ripping off some other monster collector games (SMT??).
2) You may as well spend money whenever you want to. There's some easy enough tricks to generate oodles of money so you'll never really be stuck by not having money but you might potentially be stuck by not having good gear.
3) You should definitely swap out Lime. The game has so many little interactions and even the most generic monsters get at least one or two. I know the natural instinct is always to use the main characters but I feel like you are missing out on a lot of the fun of the game that way.
4) The plot roughly follows the original VN but the moment to moment segments are all very twisted and weird (most obviously, humans and monster girls did not really get along at all except with rare exceptions and in the post game). The original VN was a good story, maybe not terribly special but much higher quality than I would expect from an h-game. Paradox's writing is incredible - it isn't perfect, mind you, but it is deeply engaging and fun to read throughout.

closest full translation you can get at this time. The full "professional" translation is probably 2026 and not early.
I would say 90% played with this translation (or mtool translation before this one was optimised)
does anyone has full characters recruited in their pocket castle? May i have the save files please
theres a lot of unused H-scene that cant be seen anywhere, I wonder if anyone know if these was ever included in requests in pocket castle. I dont.

Question: is it possible to get Last Elixir (very helpful gonna be - I understood - against Part 3 enemies, especially Bosses) other than from Chests abd stealing it from Reaper, Black Alice, Est, Sphinx?

As the Destroyer of the Angelic Dominion (Alice Route), I've reached Adminstratir Tower there cause the bridge is destroyed in Esta. Questions - I've been using mainly Luka, Alice, Promestein (Young), Sonya, Papi, Coppelia, Black Alice (with a very long name I'm not writing here cause lazy), Rami, Remi, Rumi, Gob, Teeny. Should I level up the others? And also, Luka's Overload is too powerful! Should I keep using it? And also, will be possible to return to Monster Lord Castle after The Great Decision? Cause I didn't get two Girls there, they have sharp teeth, red (one) and white (second one) colours
