For those who like the gameplay, there is good news and bad news:
Good news: The game has an online version which is free and even better, with more monster girls, scenes, mechanics...etc. It will get updated from time to time btw (its called: "monmusutdx").
There is also a similar game which is online too, it "has no" monster girls and no so kinky scenes but its older so it has a lot of content already and after play both, i had fun, would recomment for sure if you like tower defense even if you dont care about 18+(this one is called "aigis", both of them is in "fanza" website).

Bad news: Both of the games are in jap. This for me is not a big deal even if i dont understand a single word because usually good games explain you things in more ways than with letter, and the rest that i cant understand, i just use the wiki (aigis is in english but the other must use translator)
They are both gacha like games but in my experience, they are waaaaaaay better with free to play people than most of the nutaku games for example, basically, if you dont pay you wont get all the units and the game will be harder but you dont need that.

I hope this doesnt sound like spam or an ad, but i really like that games and there are people who doesnt know about them, specially because they are in jap language.
I think you've only found the safe version of Millenium War Aigis. It absolutely has adult scenes, and it's a pretty good TD game too. Nutaku only had a butchered version when it got localised though, mostly due to the JP devs not caring at all about the Western market, and after most of their high-profile games flopped in similar fashion Nutaku has just become a trash collection for the most part. I really liked Aigis, there was a lot to do and it was really solid as a game. But playing stuff I can't read gets tiring after a while.

I don't know anything on this subject so i have to ask. What are we missing when it comes to japanese porn games and translation? Is it a tehnical reasons, a legal one or simply translators are not interested in this work? Cause i feel the japanese porn games market is huge and very few reach us.
while i'm not the most qualified to answer this question, the easiest answer is that japanese is a complicated language that more or less requires you to actually understand it to be able to translate it properly, which is a skill not many people are willing to pick up solely for translating obscure hgames

couple that with the pre-existing stigma against hgames being for weirdos and perverts, it's easy to see why most professional institutions don't give a shit

mtl sort of helps in this department, but the issue is that in a language where minor changes in inflection can morph "it can't be helped" into "we're out of ginger" a computer simply is not capable of being trusted with a medium where written text is half of the experience

meeting the issue at the middle, using a decent translator as a template and basing the dialog off of that, still requires you to have a decent amount of writing skill and can take just as long to complete as a more fluent translation

and finally, and this is entirely anecdotal and based off of personal experience, in cases like this where people just pump-and-dump mtl, if you DO actually take up arms and try to fix a game that's been potentially stuck in word salad limbo for god knows how long, everyone who was potentially interested has already seen the mtl and moved on and anyone discovering the thread sees 8 pages of mtl discourse and third party hotfixes and avoids it; assuming that they find the thread at all due to it being buried by the sands of time
(that got a little ranty at the end there whoops)

tl;dr: japanese is a complex language and there's effectively zero incentive to properly translate shit, computers can't do it themselves

Quite simply, it's because it's hard work doing any non machine translation. You need to have someone either being paid to translate or willing to put unpaid time so others can enjoy a game they can already play in their native language. Depending on engine used, just getting to the script files alone can be a lot of work so you're adding technical expertise to debug any issues on top of the language understanding to the needed skillset which leads to a pretty small amount of people who can actually attempt the work.

MTL aside(god I hate it tho), is it a decent game? Is it polished enough, is there any jank and all that? I'm kinda dying for a lewd TD game.

It's very short (6 stages) and feels a bit shallow. There are 2 types of stages one where you can deploy anyone anywhere and others where there are deployment points for ranged and melee. All chars have skills they can use although I just set the game to auto use and you have access to a super skill that does massive AOE damage. Other than that units can be commanded to move to different squares which basically equates to free movement for melee units while ranged tend to be locked into their deployment area.

Thanks for the info, I had a look at the online version and downloaded this offline version to see the difference.

The game starts the same, except you do not have the same characters.
While the online version is your typical gacha with character level ups, materials and gear to grind, this offline version is like a demo really. You only get the tower defense stages with a fixed set of characters and go through the story for like 7 stages, and that's all. Considering the MTL is garbage both for the story but even for the interface (the game explanations are pictures and not text by the way, so untranslated which was pretty much the only thing that would have been helpful)

So yeah, if you like the genre, definitely go for the online version. An account needs to be created to play (can use Google and other accounts)

Nutaku used to actually have Aegis, in English and uncensored!!! But they removed it a few years ago. I really hate what Nutaku has become...
Games published by Nutaku barely have a lifespan. They're super niche, and their market here in the west is super small. They also market pretty much exclusively to the whales too. Good thing is that you can just look up the CGs online and then go play something better.

Heh, this TD games is so easy, MTL just makes the story even better. What was the story all about again?
