Hotel is placed somewhere deep into the forest with monsters? Which purpose for? :)

Later it will be explained in the story that it's placed next to the Border. The line between humans and the unknown (monstergirls).
For what purpose? (Why is the hotel far away from everything?)

Example: How does it stay in business if it is far from everything?

Your Uncle was the one to set it up there. You'll have to get close to the girls to find out it's true purpose.

(I don't want to spoil the story)

But it is a hotel? Not a mansion, or a castle?
I get your point. It is a hotel within the context of the game's world, specifically for monsters and with reasons explained soon in the story. It will be a bit different than modern hotels systems like Harem Hotel.
Hope that clears things!

So it's like an extended stay hotel, or a rental house?

Willing to give it another shot but ehhh

Honestly the game continues to be functionally a clunky mess and I'm not really sure if its worth the effort at this point. I appreciate some of the fixes that were implemented like no longer limiting the horizontal axis when turning and making the doors actually responsive. However there's still remnants of issues caused by the mouse coming up, sound effects don't have their own options still, severe lack of content making it not worth coming back to, and overall the game just continues to play weird with the way the controls are set up intentionally. Is it supposed to be an action game? An interactable visual novel? What really is the direction this game is supposed to be taking?

The first one could be close. Again, I don't want to spoil it yet. There's a good reason why your Uncle (the family's black sheep) was so interested in the Border. Thus creating this Hotel according to his ideas.

So good to see you again! I'll try to shed light on the points you made as concise as possible since I'm on mobile:
Resolution is one of our main concerns since our hardware is not the best, which is why we invite people interested in helping with that to join us in the Discord.
We are aware of the disparage in the volume slider, but since it can regulate the volume for the most part we focused on other issues. Sound effects wasn't looked into yet since there were more pressing matters for now.
We are slowly rolling out features in the options menu. This means we can stabilize something like camera turning, and then move into adding effects to it (like motion blur). We'll aim for a full options menu (with full I mean similar to good pc games) eventually, it would be impossible to add them properly in one or two months.
You make a good point with Estelle's intro scene. we'll probably put the trigger closer to the door, add the hesitant step around(the new physics system was put into place for reasons like this) and revise dialogue.
I remember you not liking the carriage ride haha. We feel like adding a skip intro button that takes you immediately to after waking up in bed, already able to move, so that returning players have the option to skip intro content.
The ball is in the laundry room, in the back. Like the broom it can be picked anytime.
You've confirmed one of my worries with the You You part. I'll see how it can be less repetitive ( I like your idea of no-name when thinking though)
We've had conflicting feedback about the torch surprisingly. We'll see to it.
The cursor as said in the changelog shows up when having to press buttons like sleep. With this action in particulsr we didn't have the time now, bu we'll change it to a key press and be done woth it. Much more comfortable for players.
The game we aim to make is one that plays like Skyrim sans combat. That's the best i could describe it.
Overall, thanks a whole lot for playing again! Though we'd love to have you next time as well we understand if you don't feel like playing the next release, since you make good points about the game content wise. When making the game we realized we phased out many things that we ourselves wouldn't enjoy in other games. Input like yours help us go out of that zone and see specifically what has to be improved.
Anyways, thank you a lot for your time again. You can unstuck your character by pressing ESC during the broom minigame. Hope to see you again eventually.

I might just stick around if only because I appreciate the activity which a lot of developers lack. It's nice knowing when feedback is actively listened to and what not. That said a few followups.

Perhaps make the ball a different color like blue or red? I get that its likely made from leather or something but honestly I never would have guessed that was a ball from the distance of the room. With no other items to pick up or interact with I honestly thought that it was a bag or the bottom of a basket or something. If you never mentioned the laundry room I would have never guessed. Would seem interactable if it stuck out more.

Furthermore most of the "skip" buttons should probably be renamed to "next" or "end scene" to indicate when it actually ends and doesn't. Feels like the game bugs out when it just suddenly tells you to skip in the middle of a scene when it really just means next or in other cases really is just the end of the scene.

As for the broom minigame, I literally was stuck, like, completely in place. Pausing and escape didn't unstick because I was just stuck maybe in the wall or the floor, something. I wasn't actually interacting with anything because I had completed cleaning and the usual text box that automatically skips came up and I just couldn't move from that corner. Although not sure if I can replicate it, might be worth keeping an ear out to see if anyone else reports getting stuck somewhere or perhaps in the same spot. I've been avoiding cleaning that spot last just because.

Also perhaps its called Monster Girl Hotel because the player wants to turn it into a hotel? Its something to consider at the very least.

Great to hear that. Again, no problem if you decide to skip next update.
As to the hard-stuck problem, it's the first time a case where the Esc button doesn't work is reported. Glad you could add pictures to know the exact location.
I forgot to address the MC's head when in front of the gate. It has happened twice to us out of about 20 times so it's interesting to think about why could it be happening so randomly. Maybe a waypoint badly loaded? Not sure for now.
Indeed, I'll have to make it more clear where the ball could be. We didn't at first want to use a bright colour since it wouldn't make much sense to find plastic in a medieval-like setting, but function follows form this time I guess.
The skip during scenes is sometjing I didn't pay much attention to. Glad to see how it looks from an outsider perspective, luckily it's a 15 min fix.
And lastly, you mean without the S in Girls or becuase of previous comments? We have a story planned out which ties into the name of the game, however the blessing in disguise of early development is we can overhaul it with minimum changes to what's already in-game.
We wouldn't be surprised at all if by speaking with the community here, patrons and Discord users we find a new, better fitring story to tell.
We'll see what these days have in store for us (hell we might end up making the Hotel a shelter for Covid-19 refugees).

Doesn't have to be bright, could be like a dull red or blue as if it was dyed leather, just something that sticks out from all the brown in the corner of the laundry room. Otherwise yeah, a hint would fix it regardless of a color change because just being told "find my ball" with nothing to go off of is a bit asinine. I spent a good 8 or 9 times looking straight down in the grass because I thought had to find the ball while initiating the play session so I kept failing it since the minigame fails if you stray too far. Maybe make it where you cant select to play if you haven't found the ball? Made me feel like finding the ball was part of the playing part with Lilith since it would let me start every time despite not having what was needed.

I just forgot the S honestly but yeah, I've had similar questions about why its called hotel when its a mansion and what not. The whole concept kind of gives me an idea about what the story could be personally, assuming the game is taking the direction of unifying humans and monsters in mutual understanding through this location, if only for the local area.

Gotcha. I'll check the dialogue and have D tweak tye ball's materials a bit.
Didn't want to spoil the story but yeah, that's the general idea. Your Uncle went to the border to meet these creatures, forge a bond with them, and then introduce both societies. However, something or someone cut that dream short for him.

It's not necessary but it would be nice for there to be a news section in the main screen. After the first soup stirring scene, I didn't know if there was more so I kept sweeping only for nothing to happen after.
Lastly I really had no clue what was going on with the spider monster event, it would be nice if there were more hints with it

Hi!
There are 2 scenes for each girl right now, Estelle has the stirring scene and a night scene which unlocks after playinig both of Lilith's scenes. Could you go into more detail about the spider girl events problem? The first one triggers when you enter the study at night (marked by a floating red heart on the door) and the second when you go to sleep at night. Affection bars must be full.
Did one of them bug out or similar?

Getting a weird big where I finish the intro, and it gives me the options menu and when I leave options it drops mei n the pause menu and I can't get out of it. I'll mess around with it a bit more, anyone got any ideas?

Edit: Had to hit 'P' on the keyboard. I need to read better lmao
