The gallery is 90% open. Since I still haven't figured out how to open scenes for Anna and Felix, as well as Lilly and Natalie

Progress with Wendy (the chubby one) until at some point she'll ask you to go find her friend "Waffles" (that's the horse's name). Go with her to the designated location and successfully complete the mission so that Waffles appears in her corral. Then you'll have to progress with her friendship like you would with any other character.
