I'm not exactly sure, but I think you need to first put Naafiri in the dagger and take it with you. Just don't give it to anyone; you need to keep the dagger.
So it seems there's a bug where the 'Unlock 5 different endings' blessing never unlocks. Fortunately that's an easy fix (if you have vs code or some other html code editor).
Just go to line 2473 where it says "set $b15 == 0" and change it to "set $b15 to 0", that should fix it(although it doesn't unlock right away, you might have to get an ending or game over first).

I love this game though I wish there was a bit more direction in-game on where to find endings. Like maybe if you unlock a couple you start getting hints to where others are, and if you clear those you get more hints or w/e. Would still force you to explore a bunch but once you've seen a lot of stuff already you'd have an idea of where to poke next.
How do you get to keep the dagger? I've become the apostle of the lady of death and killed naafiri but i only get the bury in sand option

Here's my html file, I've messed around in the code so not being able to pick up the dagger should be fixed(although it seems that's not the only dagger bug, cause when you give it away it might stay in your inventory, i'm still working on that part).
It also includes some other fixes, like the 5 ending blessing never unlocking or dreams never triggering(I fixed this one and I STILL don't know what was causing it.) There might be some other bugs too, this is very much a WIP.
