I tried surrendering to the goblins in the merc camp but it didn't trigger (I got the entries for the Memories at the bed and there's a small orgy animation with an orc but no new form). Which enemy should I surrender to?

It might be a werid design choice to have dragon in the 4th slot. There are only 3 forms and you got them all.

I am obsessed with this game! Does anyone know any books or stories or comics or anything with similar plot or feeling? I like that protag can interact with some NPCs and have sex with them.
I think it should be possible. I don't remember any sex scenes that are required to go through.
Update:
However, after a few minutes of waiting (mainly like pressing the windows key to whiten the cheat engine), it works! So every time I wanna click the box, I have to wait for the error to go off.
So it's not actually the cheats, it's your pc. My guess is that either you don't have enough free space on your computer or you don't have enough memory allocated to Cheat Engine for scanning (you can allocate more to it under Settings), or you may have too many programs/processes running at the same time. When it stalls like that, it's because your pc is having trouble keeping up and so it hangs until it's able to. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about that.
