as far as i know the def has no intention to add "real ntr" to the game. nts/sharing/ is the main theme with lots of fun for the mc as well.

Dev said he has no plan to add NTR route for now implied it would be up to patron voters, but at the current pace i'd say there wont be an NTR route for at least a few years lmao

It does not depend on the patreon. He already said that he would first complete the NTS route and maybe add the NTR DLC at the end of the game.
Thats what i said haha, he plans to finish the NTS route and then only if the patreon voters want it add an NTR route
