I think the dev has a wrong idea on how development of these games works, you're supposed to delay an update, not expedite it.

It's only been 2 hours since the update was released and you're already starting to pollute the forum with your “need for heroes”, for the moment the update costs 24$ so you won't see many “heroes” for the moment and that's good if we want the game to last as long as possible its creator must have an income to work well.

The word pollute is kind of a weird choice—are we really "tainting" the forum just by asking questions? I mean, I think only like 4 people have asked so far (could be wrong though, math’s not my thing ).
Is this forum not meant for everyone to ask, share, discuss stuff? Whether it's content, spoilers, or links? Honestly, if I were paying $24, I’d probably be more active on Patreon or Discord anyway. So what’s the point of coming here—just to chat? Get to know people? Hear how they feel about someone asking for a link or a download? Sorry if that upset anyone.
Side note:
People who can support the creator usually do—they’re doing amazing work. And those who can’t still love the game, talk about it, ask questions, and enjoy the experience. Either way, the community grows. When someone asks for a link, it’s not about being disrespectful—it’s often just a way of saying thanks to the folks who make it easier for others to join in, especially when life gets busy or money's tight.
I have Deleted my request for a HERO! with a DM! so I may enjoy the game. I did not know it was going to hurt you. <3 for that I am sorry~

Lol you do what you want, its just that in every forum you can see whole pages of “need a hero” its tiring in the end and I'm just an occasional patreon I don't always have access to the paid discord its why this forum here is good.

Maybe every game should have a sub-forum called "I Need a Hero" right below the download link—kind of like an add-on. It might help solve the problem. Then again, it might not... especially if people don’t even know it’s there.
Side note: We’re all fans of the game and its creator—we show our support in our own ways. The fact that we’re here? That’s gotta count for something.

I really like to support devs, I was a patreon member of BCG before the hold he put in all tiers and I still admire his job.
But yes, to be honest, 24$ paywall for 1hr of update makes no sense for me since there are many cheaper games in Steam.
I hate to compare but just putting a fair example, I always pay the membership to Abyss Games and Circle Games when they launch an update, 10$ seems reasobable to avoid the wait.

Chill out guys, right now it's released for the highest benefactor tier, then tomorrow for the next tier and 3 days later for the lowest (above tip). It's not like people have to wait long, have some patience or go support.
