Regarding the Halloween-Special-Controversy:

I am fine with what the dev did. It allows for greater freedom without breaking the story. I am just a bit sad that we got blueballed here. Let the Goblins and the Tauren have "real" fun with Suzie. Would have been so much better.

i cant get past the bugged out after the holiday special.
i have a save right when the you go to the basement and it says "COME TO ME!!"
when i load it, i get the holiday, when i finish that im stuck in this mode where i can jack off on susie while talking about the party. then im stuck where i cant do anything.

But the point is we don't leave the house after some guy and fall into the basement, we just are stuck in the free roam. Hahaha

Stuck as well on pissing and going to fridge but then protagonist isn't hungry. I've found all of the photos and looked at gf's phone. I can't think of anything else to click to progress on the game

These issues should now be fixed in build 0.352

Now, to have an halloween special it must be out across the end of october and the first days of november. If the dev wasn't specific about when the story takes place, he could play like "it was october all along" and put an halloween special in the story

Agreed. Unless you go out of your way to make the main story follow the passing of season IRL haha.
