Fair enough, always remind yourself, people that do not like something are several times more likely to make it knownYes, strictly speaking, you're absolutely right. It's not representative. But you know how it can feel: a couple of people express their opinion, get some likes, nobody expresses the opposite opinion. So it can feel like others are in a silent consensus, since I can't read the minds of the silent majority.
I generally expect that the silent majority is positive about it, as long as the negative posts aren't a LOT
