Been a while since the last one!
It has been slow going also due to the fact that I run into portions where I do things like this, where I have a near 1:1 ratio of dialogue lines to new images showing on screen.
This is very slow to do, but sometimes the scenes demand it, to be able to work well.
I had a slump there in the 2nd month since ep5 released, and wasn't able to do a whole lot.
And it's been real tough juggling dad/husband/gamedev/work modes this summer.
I think summer might just be bad for game dev, psychologically. It's hot outside, everyone's living it up, and you're inside in the basement staring at a screen all day.
Yeah, I think I do much better in the non-summer months.
Currently struggling somewhat with a certain non-sex scene where there's a ton of characters present... I can't wait to grind through it to be honest. I get in the zone but there's always something irl that jerks me out of it. We'll get it though.
I'm excited to get to the last handful of scenes where it's just MC & GF & Cee and I can focus on what I do best.
The 1080p efforts are currently on pausebecause I nuked the whole game repo last time I tried downscaling the images with a script (because fuck no I'm not doing a percentage-based image resize for 2000+ images by hand), but thank god I backed it up.
So yeah the downscale effort will continue when I have this episode wrapped up.
For the release of Episode 6, I want it out by the end of October.
But, it'll release only when the last group of sex scenes are long AND hot enough, so that I'm happy with it. I have a clear vision for those and I don't want to detract from it in any way, and will not compromise.
Yeah there have been a lot of setbacks these past 2 months, but I'm optimistic things will turn around
All in all, it's shaping up to be a very sex-heavy episode!
P.S. I've had my Paypal account frozen but there's been no reason given for it, I'm waiting for monday to reach out to support.

i feel bad for the guy, he's already had a major setback last year and after all that he came out with ep4 and it was amazing, so sitting here hoping ep6 will be as amazing as ep4 was
I think it's gg if his PayPal is frozen: many horror stories of adult game devs where PayPal freezes their accounts and then suspends them permanently, without even giving current funds back. Scummy company
