[Changelog] Episode 6

Here we have it, the episode 6 changelog! This means release is right around the corner!
(Due to Patreon content policy and the images in the post, it has to be paid only, but I'm fine if you guys want to repost it elsewhere:))

This one was full of setbacks, actually similar to Episode 4 in my mind.
It moves the story along, and pushes some boundaries for the main character and his girlfriend :)

The project has moved to 1080p to be more accessible to more people, as people have complained that their older machines can't handle the 1440p+ images, especially when motion is applied. This change should rectify the issues :) (notes below)
Near the end of the update, I had to resort to using a lot of ai animations, because onboarding a new animator to take on that load was simply not possible. You'll let me know what you think about those. They're mostly an improvement in regards to movement, but a downgrade at times in terms of quality, which can be fixed in the future :)
NOTICES:
1) 1440p to 1080p

Due to the 1440p to 1080 conversion process, the saves you already have are breaking the layout on load/save screens.
When saves are created it makes a thumbnail of a size relative to the project (which was 1440p).
To fix this, I have to do some file editing on your machine to resize all the save's screenshots to the new size (384x 214)
You can read the code, it's in the 0_save_maintenance.rpy file.
Just saying so that you're not alarmed as to what the game is doing when you load it up :)



2) Femboys variable

Please, avoid changing the femboys variable during portions where text depends on, because you'll be disappointed to find that I cannot make the dialogue immediately reflect its state.
IF YOU MUST SEE BOTH STATES, please scroll back a little after you changed it, to see the proper text. (Otherwise you might find yourself staring at a pussy, but having an option to lick balls - and vice versa)


It's a shame it doesn't work, because the images DO react instantly to the variable's state. Sadly, I'm not that great at wrangling the Ren'Py engine into submission, and so I can't force it to refresh what it isn't already instructed to. I have a workaround in mind involving using a screen, but that's too convoluted just to have some text be reactive, in an edge case where the user changes the variables in very few situations where this would be an issue.
