Yep. Netorase fetish is that fragile. Just the knowledge that ntr and a betrayal of trust are possible would completely sour the experience. That is why netorase fans are so happy when pure netorase games with no hints of ntr appear on the horizon. That is exactly the appeal - the complete trust between the couple.
